The Ultimate Fitness Equation

Like most of us you are probably also trying to get in shape. Now there is a scientific proof, what’s really effective in terms of optimal fitness. Researchers from San Diego State University have recently found out that running or walking for five times a week with at least 3000 steps done should be enough to keep you fit. Volunteers were measured for oxygen usage during walking on a treadmill. The scientific team has also empirically proved that pace of at least 100 steps per minute is necessary to train effectively. With this pace you should make 3000 steps five times a week to really improve your health physical condition and reduce your weight effectively.
