4. Great leaders are innovative. Good fresh ideas can have huge posotive impact on company or organization.

5. Great leaders are trustworthy. Being a leader also means to be trustworhty. If people have confidence in their leader, good results almost can’t fail to come.

6. Great leaders keep their promises. As a leader, you have to keep your promises and stand behind his words. If he doesn’t keep the promises, people lose confidence in him and become having doubts about his expertise.

Yes, a leader has to be a square peg in a square hole. People, who aren’t able to make prudent decisions, are extremely introverted and can’t take the pressure aren’t really suitabe to be leaders. The best combination should be great authority without being tyraneus with a pinch of easy-going-along temperament.
