How to Wake Up Early Even If You Aren’t a Morning Person?
If you’re tired right away when you open your eyes in the morning, it’s very likely this won’t be one of your better days. The easier you wake up the easier you cope with stress and daily routine. Try out this three tips on how to wake up early with ease.
Wake up as early as possible. As soon as 6 o’clock in the morning your body is beginning to produce cortisol, the waking up hormone. Its highest concentration is reached between 7 and 8 o’clock in the morning and that’s why this is the ideal time to wake up.
Don’t just jump out of bed as soon as your alarm clock rings. You could have a dizzy spell, because your body isn’t ready to make quick moves from the first moment. Open your eyes slowly and let the daylight to activate your nervous centers on ease. You can avoid dizziness by sitting at the bedside for about 10 seconds.
Stretch and agitate your body. Your skeleton has been almost immobile for many hours and therefore needs some time to regain flexibility. Start with agitating your hand and feet joints and do stretching exercises.
