Morning Sex is More Effective than any Medicine Ever Invented

The best time for making love isn’t dependent on any part of the day, it’s just important that couple wants to have sex in that particular moment. Despite that fact scientists recently revealed, that morning sex is the healthiest one.

Morning Sex is the Best MedicineScientists from Belfast University recently published the results of an interesting study, in which they revealed that with morning sex couples can strengthen their hearts and lower the risk for coronary diseases such as cardiac arrest. Making out in the morning also contributes to lowering high blood pressure, gives boost to your immune system and slows down fats uptake in the organism.

Women can benefit even more from daily morning pleasure routine, since regular sexual activity in the morning also increases levels of estrogen and other hormones, which also take care of healthier hair, less hair-loss and for smoother skin.

Despite all the benefits, having sex three times a week in the morning should be enough. If exaggerating, you risk to exhaust your body and thus lower its natural balance.
