Permanent Weight Loss is Achievable only with Exercising
If you’re among those, who want to lose some pounds, don’t rely only upon changing dietary habits. Results of the newest studies show that enough exercise is the indispensable factor for permanent weight loss.
This is due a special savings program in a body, which turns on when food resources are scarce. This savings program works particularly well when test persons weren’t moving much and it prevented any significant weight loss even if test persons were eating much less than before. According to Judy Cameron from Oregon Health and Science University, intake of less calories wasn’t enough to reduce weight during the experiment. On the other hand, people who ate less and did at least some physical activity did lose significant amount of body weight.
