This savings program works particularly well when test persons weren’t moving much and it prevented any significant weight loss even if test persons were eating much less than before. According to Judy Cameron from Oregon Health and Science University, intake of less calories wasn’t enough to reduce weight during the experiment. On the other hand, people who ate less and did at least some physical activity did lose significant amount of body weight.
