As you may probably realize in the past, personal development isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but it may be much easier to manage it if you take constant action upon it.
One of the most effective, yet not time consuming and hard-to-manage daily routines, which will help you achieve more in your life is daily self-asking technique. It should be performed in the morning and for the best results try to be as honest as possible with your answers and write them down. Here are the seven questions:
- What do I want to achieve?
- What will I have from achieving it?
- What prevents me from achieving it?
- What’s really important for me in achieving it?
- What is effective in my strive to achieve it?
- What could be improved on my action plan?
- Which resources can help me to achieve it?
