Strained Muscle: What’s Better, to Train or to Rest?

What to do, when you have a strained muscle – to train or to rest? Here is the answer: you can do whatever you will, but only until the pain is absent.

Strained Muscle: What is Better, to Train or to Rest?Strained muscle doesn’t automatically mean the prohibition of exercising, since with mild strain only a maximum of five percent of its fibers are definitely torn. Muscle strength and mobility are hardly restricted, however, pain occurs at activity and passive stretch, often spasmodic and usually quickly becomes anguish.

So, if it’s possible to walk and jog without pain you can do it, just avoid the sprints and backward movement. You should also do the warm-up first and limit the training to 30 or 45 minutes.
