Scientists have finally revealed the key to unlock happiness. As a matter of fact, it’s a center in our brain which controls our emotions and feelings.

The fact is, happiness and luck can have many meanings and faces for different people, but researchers agree they’re also preprogrammed in our brain almost like abilities to speak or to show emotions. 1. Improve your emotional intelligence and enjoy every single moment of your life. The luck expert Stefan Klein suggests to take short breaks for yourself and enjoy every moment in this moments of relaxation. Things like walking barefeet over meadow, laughing with the kids, the freshness of air in the morning – all this are the moments for enjoying and getting power for the daily tasks.

2. Avoid comparisons. Looking to your neighbor’s garden is a bad thing to do from the psychologist’s point of view. 6. Make friends. Encircle yourself with people who have positive attitude and have enough time for them. According to a study from the Harvard University happiness is spreading like fire among real friends if this group of friends has confidence one in another. Care for your friends does demand lot of time, patience and attention but it pays off.

7. Laughing is good for you. Don’t let anger to overwhelm you since this also means that your organism is remembering the sample and you’ll express more and more anger. On the other hand, a laughing person spreads happiness and positive strength which are both very catching. Experts on lauging have proven that laughing does rejuvenate your body and eliminate stress and tension. People who go on easy in stressful situations are usually also more successful in solving this situations.

8. Say thanks over and over again. Being thankful also means being happier. A study has shown, people who wrote a diary of thankful situations were much happier than people who didn’t. Even saying thank you to yourself when things have been done in a proper manner can have an important effect on your level of happiness.

9. Beat the lazy worm inside your head and start exercising. Beating the passive lifestyle and start jogging will make you really happy. Endorphines and other happiness hormones will provide the right energy for the day and make you proud of yourself. Jogging and other endurance sports are also a great for prevention of depression.

10. Active people live happier life. People who are active on a professional level often profit from the active lifestyle also on a personal level. Great example are also volunteers, who help older people or promote a certain cause.
