Don’t Forget to Have Breakfast!

You know you eat too much and want to reduce the calories intake? That’s OK, but please, don’t skip the breakfast. We say you why you shouldn’t neglect the first meal of the day.

The fact is that in December people eat a lot, especially at dinner. But despite this, don’t skip the breakfast in this traditionally food dominated season. Your body needs energy in the morning much more than it needs it in the evening. That’s why breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Breakfast Promotes Slimming

Studies have shown that people who eat breakfast regularly, suffer less from weight problems than those who skip it. So take your time in the morning for a healthy breakfast. For example, you should prepare yourself a whole-grain bread with ham or cereals with fruit. These foods are rich in fibre and will therefore give you the sense of fillness for a much longer time. Those foods also help to overcome that sudden hunger attacks we all know very well. If you don’t feel hunger just after you woke up, that’s not a problem. Don’t force yourself to eat early eating, if you can’t, but rather try to know your body better and rather wait with breakfast just minutes before you’re off for work.
