Many of those who keep trying desperately for years to get their weight under control find themselves as complete failures.

They got the results and know now that that obesity arises from a jigsaw of factors. “The man has a natural tendency to get fat because our bodies are still programmed to save energy for times of food shortage. Only those who had full fat stores could survive,” says Phillip Potrc, Master of Pharmacy and well-renowned nutritionist.

This overall survival program is the personal genetic predisposition. Research shows that genes play an important role.  “There are men and women who have a higher energy consumption or faster than others and so they remain slim.” However, few of the millions of overweight people worldwide are fat simply because of their heredity, diet concludes nutritionist Potrc.

Food is everywhere

The plump truth is – we live in a fat promoting environment. Food is available around the clock, it is cheap, and we do not have to work hard to satisfy our appetite. Opening the refrigerator door or lifting the handset meet in order to get the food virtually without a single calorie spent. The food industry makes grat money, making us fat.     I was thin to the point of being anorexic as a child . You might think I didn’t eat but I ate all of the time finally my doctor put me on a diet to gain weight i had to actually over eat to gain weight weird isn’t it . Found out years latter I had a over active thyroid that was putting out a 20 when it should have been putting out a 5 had to drink radioactive iodine to slow it down it was 5 times larger tehn the normal thyroid by then I was fat because I had learned ot over eat . it mad me fatter to have that done to my thyroid have lost weight a few times with weight watchers but it has not been easy .
