Weight Training in Combination with Aerobics Reduces Fat

Nearly 66 percent of American women are overweight or obese. The obesity problem is particularly worrying in Latina girls population, because the latter often stay obese also into adulthood which makes them more susceptible to heart attack, stroke and diabetes. Weight training and aerobics can be the solution for this issue according to USC Study which showed that a program consisting of a reduced calorie diet, weight training and aerobics promoted fat loss better than diet only or diet plus weight training combination. Aerobics and weight training can help you lose fat and keep it off.
